Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. You are buying a customized made-to-order product, not something sitting in a warehouse.
Please triple-check your shipping address to ensure accuracy. Once your package leaves our office, you need to contact the shipping provider for mistakes or delays. Shipping speeds are chosen at checkout.
All branded items are custom made-to-order. We do not offer returns on custom orders.
Why haven't I received my order?
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Example: Order is placed at 7pm on Friday the 14th. Ship window = Wednesday 19th – Friday 21st. Delivery window = Friday 21st – Tuesday 25th.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email or delivery tracking, here are the most common reasons:
You didn’t include a mobile number.
You didn’t enter your email correctly (misspelled).
Our emails are going to your spam folder (please check).

If your package is returned by UPS due to incomplete or incorrect address, you are responsible for any additional costs (postage, interception, surcharges). A $10.00 fee is charged for any re-shipment due to this type of error.
